IFRS:

We proudly canvas our expertise in IFRS. Our team is equipped to handle implementation and post-implementation processes and advisory. Our understanding of disclosure, measurement and presentation requirements is second to none. Our specialized team provides training to staff to equip and/or update them on the basic nuances of IFRS. Our team has experience in handling implementation projects at private limited companies and LLP's in the middle east and India.

Our implementation process involves identifying differences between the existing policies and procedures and IFRS requirements. Towards this, we conduct workshops with relevant staff and simultaneously perform a qualitative and quantitative diagnostic routine. We report our findings to the management along with suggested approaches for resolution.

After discussion and finalization of the resolution process with the management, we advise the I.T./systems department to imbibe the changes in consultation with the relevant department heads. We simultaneously train staff on the post implementation scenarios. We prepare a financial reporting template for the annual financial statements.

Once the implementation has been successfully performed, we collaborate with management in resolving their practical post implementation issues. Our team will assist the client in preparing the opening balance sheet and the comparative financial statements.
